Agent Gibbs touched on the answers in Perception Is Deception when he searched for, then found the woman with the governmental code letters "J.D.", short for Jay Dee.  J.D. had a tendency to extract a special kind of revenge on the men who did her wrong...

I've always been fascinated with the mind and how it works... or in the case of someone like Angie... doesn't work.  At least not the same way as a "normal" person's mind works.

But what is the mind capable of?  What if restrictions were taken away?  

What if certain enhancements were available?

Would the most desirable...
